Dorian Credé is the CEO and founder of SwissAmbition, a consulting firm specializing in Bitcoin and cryptoassets, which he has led since 2013. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he was last working as Head of Analytics at Swisscard AECS. Over the years, he has held senior roles at Zurich Insurance Group, overseeing risk analytics and actuarial functions, and at Avaloq Group, where he led the Forex, Money Market, and Derivatives Competence Center. His career reflects a strong combination of entrepreneurial drive and corporate leadership in data analytics, risk management, and financial services. Dorian has been an active member of the Bitcoin community since 2013, contributing to initiatives such as Switzerland’s first Bitcoin ATM in 2014
Dorian Credé is eager to advance Bitcoin adoption in Switzerland, particularly by influencing national politics and encouraging the Swiss National Bank (SNB) to hold Bitcoin as part of its currency reserves. He believes that Switzerland’s financial future would be strengthened with Bitcoin reserves and wants to continue the efforts already initiated by other key members of the Bitcoin community. Additionally, he brings experience from his time as a board member at Wikimedia Switzerland, where he worked on bylaw adjustments, which he sees as relevant to the Bitcoin Association’s future needs.
